By accessing and using Dravin AI's Integrated Development Platform ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Dravin AI provides an AI-native Integrated Development Platform that includes AI coding engines, native IDE experience, project management tools, infrastructure management, and DevOps automation services for software development lifecycle management.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial transitory use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

4. User Restrictions

• Submitting false or misleading information
• Uploading or transmitting viruses or any other type of malicious code
• Spamming, phishing, pharming, pretexting, spidering, crawling, or scraping
• Interfering with or circumventing the security features of the Platform

While using our Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Respect intellectual property rights of others
• Use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Report any security vulnerabilities or breaches to our support team

The materials on Dravin AI's Platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. Further, Dravin AI does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Platform or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dravin AI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Dravin AI's Platform, even if Dravin AI or a Dravin AI authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

The materials appearing on Dravin AI's Platform could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Dravin AI does not warrant that any of the materials on its Platform are accurate, complete, or current. Dravin AI has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Platform and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Dravin AI of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
