1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Dravin IDP subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to all platform features until the end of your billing period.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds for the following circumstances within the specified timeframes:

- • Service unavailability for more than 24 consecutive hours
- • Technical issues preventing access to core AI features
- • Billing errors on our part
- • Failure to deliver promised platform features
Within 90 Days
- • Critical bugs affecting development workflow
- • Security vulnerabilities discovered
- • Major feature discrepancies from documentation
- • Infrastructure deployment failures
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

6. Partial Refunds
For subscriptions that have been partially used, we calculate refunds based on the unused portion. The refund amount will be prorated according to the remaining days in your current billing cycle. Example: If you have 15 days left in a 30-day billing cycle, you'll receive approximately 50% of your subscription fee as a refund.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following services and items are not eligible for refunds:
- Third-party integrations or marketplace purchases
- Custom AI model training or development work
- Consulting services and professional services
- Training materials, documentation, or resources already accessed
- Domain registration and SSL certificates
- Cloud infrastructure costs incurred after cancellation
8. Subscription Changes and Plan Exchanges
You may upgrade, downgrade, or change your subscription plan at any time through your account dashboard. Plan changes take effect immediately, and any price differences will be prorated and reflected in your next billing cycle. Downgrades may result in loss of access to certain AI features or resource limits.
9. Payment Methods and Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 7-14 business days
- Bank Transfers: 10-15 business days
